Land O’ Frost

Utilizing targeted, high-visibility cross-promotional tactics, Land O’ Frost looked to build brand awareness and gain market share from its competitors. For their sweepstakes with the Warner Bros. film Storks, Land O’ Frost tasked my design team with the creation of high-impact, social, and standard display units. With my AD, I concepted and directed the design for the standard and social units. For the high-impact buy, my team and I decided to create an in-unit video game that allowed users to interact with the Land O’ Frost brand within the fun, cartoon filled environment of Storks. I drove the UX of the gaming experience and directed my AD with regards to game interface design. I directed the video shoot for the in-game talent and counseled the production artists and developers on final product execution. Over the span of this brand awareness campaign, Land O’ Frost recorded a 4.3% lift in sales.

Advocate Health Care

I led the agency’s digital team to success on campaigns for a multitude of Advocate Health Care’s service lines. I worked with copywriters to concept each standard display campaign while utilizing elements from print and tv spots for campaign parity, created the design, and directed developers regarding the animation. For the rich media unit, I collaborated with the traditional CD to concept the takeover. I directed the design, the talent at the shoot, the freelance developer and the third party vender to execute the unit. Both the standard display and high-impact campaigns consistently out-paced industry CTR standards.

First Tennessee Bank

Ranging from brand awareness to lead generation messaging, First Tennessee Bank ran two to three standard display campaigns per quarter. The account copywriter and I would concept the units for each campaign. Either my ADs, with my direction, or I designed the units. I managed development of unit animations and final execution. Each campaign led to a dedicated landing page based upon a standard template I created. I directed my ADs on individual page designs and counseled the third party developer on page execution. The analytics provided by First Tennessee’s various campaigns supplied the agency with invaluable insight into display unit best practices.

Twinspires.com needed a “How-To” video created to explain their complex online betting process. I collaborated with the account copywriter to concept the look, feel and voice of the video as well as track the process’s steps and timing required for each step. I storyboarded the video, designed each key frame, and directed the third party after effects artist regarding final animations.
